LA Bridges

What is L.A. Bridges?

Today, more than ever, youth become discouraged or overwhelmed with the challenges they face in attempting to grow into positive, productive adults. Gangs, drugs, and criminal activities can often seem like better alternatives. We believe that having the support of individuals, family and community can help insure this does not happen to our youth.

L.A. Bridges is a citywide cutting edge program made up of various community-based public and private resources and organizations working together in an effort to:

  • Support Youth Achievement
  • Strengthen Family Foundations
  • Promote Community Action

L.A. Bridges is located on Sutter M.S. campus in Rm 40; our hours are from 9:30- 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday 10-2pm.  The L.A. Bridges program provides services, programs and case management to middle youth and their families, for more information or to refer someone, please call (818) 772-1425.

Please fill out English or Spanish Referral Form and turn it into the Main Office or to Crystal Crandall, Program Manager in Room 40.
