Award Winning Sutter Band

The Sutter Instrumental Music Department, under the direction of Ms. Jeanne Goodnight, boasts a yearly enrollment of over 200 students. We offer a wide array of ensembles in which students may explore their musical and creative sides. The music department has two beginning bands, an orchestra, a guitar class, a marching band, a jazz/rock combo, as well as the Senior Band, which is the premier performance group at Sutter.

Spend some time with us, browse our website and find out about all of the exciting things the Sutter Middle School Instrumental Music Program is doing!  Also, if you'd like to help the groups at various performances and appearances, please contact Ms. Goodnight at the school at 818-773-5800 or jag0096@lausd.net.
