CHOICE PROJECT: Sutter Middle School has been chosen to participate in an important study, funded primarily by the National Institutes of Health, which will help schools and communities develop future programs which will keep kids healthy.  As parents you have now received the consent form in your registration packet which will allow your child to participate in the research study conducted by an experienced team of researchers from RAND, a non-profit research organization based in Santa Monica.  So that you can review the survey documents if you so desire before signing the consent form in your registration packet, we have attached materials below which should answer your questions.  If you have any further questions after reviewing the information provided please feel free to call Dr. Elizabeth D'Amico at 1-800-447-2631 x6487.
